Quotes and pricing

Prices quoted by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. We confirm the price on site before work begins. Final price may change if the job turns out to be different from what was described, and you may decline service before work starts.

Ownership verification

To protect our customers, we may ask for photo identification and proof of ownership or authority (for example registration, lease or utility bill) before opening a lock or making a key. We may decline service if we cannot verify authority.

Service areas and hours

We serve Durham, Chapel Hill and nearby areas, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week. Arrival times are estimates and can change with traffic, weather and workload.

Payment

Payment is due when service is completed. We accept the payment methods shown on our site. Cancellation after a technician has been dispatched may incur a service call fee.

Limitation of liability

We perform work with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page. Effective November 4, 2026.
